This program offers fundamental poses in a flowing style, linking several poses together to create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. This practice creates greater health and mental awareness for a wide variety of participants and ability levels.
Registration is required. Please bring a yoga mat, this is required for safety reasons. Face towel and water are optional.
About the instructor: Christiane Govan is new to Hill Country and started teaching Yoga at the River Crossing Club in 2015. She currently teaches Yoga & Toning at the Activity Center for seniors in Bulverde. Christiane loves to teach and when she saw an opportunity here at the library, she was kind enough to volunteer to lead a class. Christiane is also a library favorite with her very well attended French class on Tuesday mornings.
