No registration required, the first 25 people, ages 8 +, to sign in that day will be allowed to take the class.
This program offers basic education of the fundamental poses in a flowing style, linking several poses together to create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. This practice creates greater health and mental awareness for a wide variety of participants and ability levels.
Please bring a yoga mat, this is required for safety reasons. Face towel and water are optional.
About the instructor: Christiane Govan is new to Hill Country and started teaching Yoga at the River Crossing Club in 2015. She currently teaches Yoga & Toning at the Activity Center for seniors in Bulverde. Christiane loves to teach and is also a library favorite with her very well attended French class on Tuesday mornings.
