Reading is not the only way to relax during the summer time, burn off some of your kids energy and get some exercise time in yourself at this family friendly program!
Registration is required for each week, age range is anyone 7+. Please bring a yoga mat, this is required for safety reasons. Face towel and water are optional.
The instructor, Christiane Govan, says the benefits of yoga is not just a mental break but yoga gives a feeling of accomplishment, fearlessness, focus and most importantly fun for the whole family!
